He got in touch with me and echoed what most of you said. They haven't created a new label for Test E, but they move so much of it this is from a very recent batch and not to be worried. I figured with the volume they seem to be doing it would have been weird to get expired vials, so his story makes sense. I'm still sending out one of his Test E's for HPLC testing along with some NPP I have from AP.

I'm just thinking outside the box here, but maybe IV might want to get out of this game and take as much $ with him as he can get. Not the first time something like that has happened here.
