I‘ve come to the conclusion that Test + AI is the best (for me)

I see we think very much alike. Only difference is you're smart enough to drop the other compounds while I'm over here running test/deca/mast/tren/var plus all the ancillaries to keep BP under control, e2 in check, hair loss to a minimum, liver and kidneys as healthy as possible, remove acid reflux, and place towels on the bed bc I'm sweating through everything at night.
Well that's partially true. I think we learn as we go what we actually need. Most of us that don't plan to step on stage end up simplifying our compound choices. I experimented on that cycle and added the deca minimally for joint relief. Then later dropped the mast and var but strength didn't go down. Lifts actually kept improving. Then I lowered the doses and strength still kept improving only I felt better mentally. So for me less was also more.
Currently I'm just on trt but next time will be like you. High test+exemestane. I would like to find out where I max out on test only (mentally, gains, side effects, etc)
Yes we deintly are alike. My brain fog ( i guess you could call it that but i had a

bad short term memory while on it) it went away almost immeditaly after

stopping the mast. I liked he way iit improved my mood an libido and damn

sex was awesome on it, not gonna lie. I got it from a trusted source so i know

and i could tell it was real masteron but im wondering if there were too many

impurities in it because of the short term memory loss, im kinda new to this

whole Ped thing so i dont know if thats normal and i was running a high dose (50 mg pinning daily).

I plan to add primo from another source after a month and making sure my liver goes back in check.
 
I‘ve been wanting to get my hands on Tren E for quite some time, your post doesn’t make it better. My brain tells me moderate Test + AI for a longer time but the dumbass inside me wants to blast Tren haha

Thats not dumb at all depending on how you define "blast"... I tried to illustrate it in my post why Tren-E can be better depending on the case and subject. But the bottom line is you wont know how your body reacts until you try it.

You know the drill... maybe start with Tren-A 5mg/day for a week. See what happens. If its ok, try 50mg/wk Tren-E for a month. Monitor your changes especially stuff like RHR and pull lipids. At those doses, its unlikely you will get any sort of mental sides. If all clears, jump to 100mg/wk and so on.

I think the biggest warning I can give, aside from blood markers, is stuff like RHR and of course HRV (related to sleep). Tren is a lot more powerful than Test. 100mg may not seem like much but it does indeed impact my RHR by 3-4 points easily on day of pin and next. If you do other stuff that raises RHR, like Reta, be careful not to let it run away. Maybe space them out.

Well by all means stay fluffy and use anti estrogen. I prefer being lean and not needing anti estrogen...but you do you boo.

Like I said, by all means enjoy fluffyness and ai usage. Being lean and using a tiny bit of test serves me well. Being lean has numerous health benefits already.
