I m waiting for some raw Clen to make it injectable, i heard its good for spot fat reduction
anyway i would run a very low dose of t3 because its easy to mess up with Thyroid, maybe i would go for 20mcgs 2 days on 2 offs, and Clen i would start at 40mcgs ED and then moving up like 40mcgs x 2 then x 3 times daily.. also Clen 2 days on 2 off... and i ll run even Ketotifen .. an anti hystamine that seems to increase Beta receptors... that will be decreased in number using Clen... a stupid adaptation made by the body when a potential harmful substance is taken

All treatment for hypothyroidism, even borderline cases, must be individualized and monitored carefully by a physician. That requires measuring TSH four to eight weeks after starting treatment or changing a dose, another TSH test after six months, then every 12 months.”
Because their are few studies involving T3 and T4 with people who don’t have thyroid issues, it’s hard to find info.
Right now if you have a low producing thyroid they will give you a T4 treatment and see if you feel better, if you don’t they stop the treatment and you go back to just low production. They wouldn’t offer this if the chance was great that you would be ruing your thyroid.
The whole don’t mess your thyroid is BS. Turns out it is very durable and almost impossible to mess up on your own with the recommended dosages and scheduling.

Yeah, i don't have the cleanest diet in the world...but i don't eat junk..i do have a weakness for lays potato chips though, but this is a " trouble spot" for me and cleanses, dieting and training hasn't eliminated it...so i'm gonna try this for 2 weeks...see what happensUnpopular opinion

Well said bro..you can overcome that weakness “restructuring” the concept oh those potatoes... dont look at them as if they re good thing to have in your life and that can give you great moments and emotions... start hating them... think that those potatoes are your enemy... they wanna make you fat... they wanna let your abs disappear... and you spend for them also... aha it sounds funny but as stated in other posts when i read on a Chris Aceto’s book that saturated fats do ruin muscular cells insulin receptors i all of a sudden started hating cheese and other sat fatty things that i loved A LOT.
fuck McDonald... fuck Burger King... fuck Pringles... fuck Melted Cheese etc... i started cooking fit recipes with 0% fat cheese and unsaturated fats like Avocado etc... i dont need anymore junky foods since i now i m eating a lot of very tasty clean stuff... i use sucralose, free fat yogurt or cheese and make some dessert with raw cocoa etc... i made a fit guacamole with a free fat cheese avocado lime garlic pepper and salt... i ate it with some roasted spicy chicken or other tricky fit foods... like a broccoli “tortilla” and so on... i prefer abs and veins popping up than stupid foods... fuck cheeseburgers... i make my own burger with 100% lean meat and free calories spicy sauce...
