Jeff Nippard's meltdown.

Why? When I was a kid making fun of them was allowed. You think a man kissing a man on the lips is normal? Its a yes or no question.
I tend to live my life not worrying about what other people do as long as they're not hurting anyone else. A true right wing perspective, something sub-100 IQ MAGA tards like you will never grasp.

what a strange political environment when someone makes a stupid comment it infers they belong to the other party.
There's a defo a back story to this.. Best to sidestep
a man in a pink shirt is running with a sign that says drama

“Science-based lifting” is a joke—it’s the lifting equivalent of jingling keys to get a baby’s attention.
Peer-reviewed science, especially in areas where it’s difficult to isolate variables (like exercise), is now more or less anecdotal. Peer review has become a pay-to-play scheme, and most reviewers don’t have the time to properly evaluate submissions. https://archive.is/20250814045105/https://www.nature.com/articles/d41586-025-02457-2 (Roughly 20% of research scientists perform an estimated 69%-94% of all reviews. On top of that, the average turnaround time for a peer review has dropped to about 4.5 days) in some journals, a far cry from the old standard of 35 days.

Mike Mentzer Forever vindicated, I knew after a month of lifting i got more from doing a few sets max effort than guys doing a whole workout of going through the motions. Isnt Jeff Nippard actually gay? I think he is and thats why he trains like that he cant embrace that full masculinity.

Aye, which is why we see stuff like 52 working sets PW from the Schoenfeld circle jerk crew.

That said I don’t think scientific research doesn’t have any merit. The problem is that the stuff that gets promoted the most on social media seems to have been carried out purely to be promoted on social media by a clique surrounding the main author for mutual financial benefit, rather than legitimate scientific enquiry. That’s my perception at least.

No. He’s done collaborative videos with his girlfriend, who’s also a fitness content creator. Possible he’s bisexual I guess, but point is he isn’t a homosexual.

As for Mike Mentzer - seem to recall mention of him either being gay or doing G4P?

I think she stopped being a social media person (content creator) a year or two ago . . .

Ah ok, didn’t know that. I remember she was talking a lot of aggressive criticism over her gaining weight, if that had anything to do with her retirement.

Thinking about starting the science based chewing trend. How many bite repetitions will adequately mash your food so the nutrients within can be properly absorbed in the intestines. See how much we can overcomplicate every aspect of bodybuilding and profit.

There are some posts about how Mentzer never even did the programs he wrote about in his meth-fueled newsletters

He got big on traditional high volume bodybuilding, just like all of 'em
