Jets spring recomp/cut cycle

Starting tomorrow January 27th I'm going to be starting my cut for summer!
Starting stats
Weight 202
Height 6'1"
BF 15%
Cycle
1-12 Prop 150mg's EOD (Musclefactory/Bio)
1-11 NPP 100mg's EOD (PEP)
4-12 Var 100mg's ED (PEP)

Ancillaries
1-12 HCG 250iu's E3D
1-12 Adex .5mg's EOD
1-PCT Proscar 1mg ED (Prone to shedding)
13-17 PCT Clomid/Nolva (4 days after last inject)

First 4 weeks I am going to be eating at a slight caloric surplus doing 30 minutes of cardio. Weeks 4-12 going to be 500 or so caloric deficit with 30 minutes of cardio. My goal is to ultimately be at least 195-200 at 8-10% Could be wishful thinking but we'll see[:o)] I enjoy logging here it keeps me accountable and on top of things! :D

Just pinned the first of many prop150/npp100! Weight this morning was 203, I'm not so much concerned with the scale, I'm going to be using the mirror to judge my progress. Ready to head to the gym and destroy it:D

Also I'll be logging the MuscleFactory Test Prop for the first few weeks until I run out and switch to Bio. I'll report back on PIP and how I feel on it shortly.
 
I'm stoked for ya bud, cycle looks awesome and I've heard great things about npp. I'll be stayin tuned in for sure, really wanna hear your pip experience with peps prop and also your thoughts on the npp. Good luck bro, go get it!
 
Shoot my bad, I misread. You're not using PEP prop. Either way still excited for ya. Keep us posted.

Thanks brother! I've never used deca or npp so I'm really looking forward to the NPP kicking in as I have really bad joints so I'm hoping it'll lube them up! I'll keep you posted on the pip from his npp though!

Thanks! I can't wait to watch it melt and hopefully get down to 8-10% BF! My diet is at the moment 3000 calories a day 220 protein, 350 carbs, 80 fats. I'm pretty much just eating at maintenance at the moment, maybe slightly in a surplus. But once I throw the var in I'm going to go into a 500 calorie deficit and up my cardio a couple minutes each week. I'm going to do whatever it takes to get lean for once in my life, I've never been below 13% before.
 
my suggestions are the following...
-use a body pod or calipers to get a better idea of your BF, before, during and after.
-bump that cardio up to 45-60 min. daily... using an interval method or your choice.
-eat very clean. calories aren't the only thing to look at...
-lastly... NPP is a strange choice for recomp... although i haven't used it personally.

It will be interesting to see how this cycle works.

I was the one that suggested NPP. We're both pretty paranoid about a (god willing, irrational) chance of hair loss and trying to avoid that one if we can. Seems to have a decent anabolic : androgenic ratio (high former, low latter) and stacks well. Short ester instead of deca, just as test is short ester.

Not recomp in the sense of tren, with great lean mass gains and fat loss happening simultaneously, believe the plan is to start high (modest surplus) and ease into a harsh cut, anavar in tow.

Hair woes aside, I think it's a pretty decent stack for the second cycle !

jets, in the Lyle's Stubborn Fat Loss Solution there's two cardio / supplement protocols for getting to extremely lean levels when you reach a decently lean state: hard and harder. :rolleyes: Do note the considerations by Lyle that a) these are done sparingly and are pretty taxing and b) not all of it is essential, just his idea of an ideal if there even is one. I've never tried it myself, and Yohimbine and I don't work together (even though supps are non-essential) but it's a good read nonetheless.

I'd like to try it sometime soon, though!

Essentially all of chapter 10, and found specifically on pages 74 and 79.

I'll find a way to measure my bodyfat for sure, I have never had it measured. I will definitely bump my cardio once I start the var and go into a deficit. My diet consists of clean food(Brown rice, vegies, eggs, granola, greek yogurt, turkey, chicken, protein shakes, nuts, whole grain bread) I'll admit it's not perfect, but it is fairly clean and strict. I guess the word recomp may have been a bad choice, I'm hoping to cut down and just ride it out to see where I'm at. The NPP/prop/var combo from what I've read has a tren like result without the sides.

That is the plan to see if how the npp/test interact and hopefully lower my chance of hair loss. I appreciate all your help Noah you've helped me out a lot dieting/cycling wise.

Be wary with using Proscar! I hope you researched this drug thoroughly and weighed the benefits/sides.

Yes, I would really like to know if NPP helps your joints out. I've done Deca before and didn't really notice any improvement in my joints.
I take it that you've done Var before, because I was wondering why such a High Mg amount. I've done Var before, and did very nicely on 20 am and 20 pm, and I've talked with a lot of guys who said anything over 80 mg a day was a waste. So I'm very curious to hear your thoughts on this.............................JP

you are on to something...

i use 50.. split into 2... am and pre workout. but i don't use on cardio days...

it kills my shins.... major pumps just like tren. FYI.

however, what i was getting at. as long as you are running legit Var... or properly dosed it doesn't need to be higher than 50...

but, someone will get on and say you need to run 100mg to get full effects. :rolleyes:
 
if i was going to recomp it would be with tren and masteron....

old skool....

i just don't see NPP or a deca derivative performing like this... just too much water.
hence the joint help.

but anything is possible with a strict enough diet...

nice thing with tren and mast... calorie deficits wont hurt you. you are still anabolic and stay hard.

Have you had a metabolic rate test done? How do you know what your maintenance caloric intake is?
