Jets spring recomp/cut cycle

Yes, I would really like to know if NPP helps your joints out. I've done Deca before and didn't really notice any improvement in my joints.
I take it that you've done Var before, because I was wondering why such a High Mg amount. I've done Var before, and did very nicely on 20 am and 20 pm, and I've talked with a lot of guys who said anything over 80 mg a day was a waste. So I'm very curious to hear your thoughts on this.............................JP
P.S.
I wish you all the best for this Cycle.

The only reason I'm running var that high is because I have caps dosed at 50MG. Yes I know I could break them up and split the dosage but I'm not even sure if it is legit yet. Maybe once it kicks in I'll lower it down. The last time I ran var it was at 60mg ED and it was great, and it was pure var. I still have tons of that left so if PEPs var is garbage I can switch to that at a much lower dosage. I loved the pumps from var, but at times it was a bitch! I'll definitely keep things updated here and see if I can feel anything from the NPP if it is indeed legit:rolleyes:

if i was going to recomp it would be with tren and masteron....

old skool....

i just don't see NPP or a deca derivative performing like this... just too much water.
hence the joint help.

but anything is possible with a strict enough diet...

nice thing with tren and mast... calorie deficits wont hurt you. you are still anabolic and stay hard.

I would love to use tren but I think for my second cycle it wouldn't be smart, I have many years to go before I throw tren into the mix. I appreciate your input and taking it all to the bank:) I've got even more reason to push myself to the limits on this cycle and see what happens! I wish I could fast forward a few weeks in so it can all be kicked in.

Have you had a metabolic rate test done? How do you know what your maintenance caloric intake is?

I haven't but I've been tracking my calories for over 3 years now and I have a fairly certain idea at what I need to be at to maintain +/- 100 calories. I'm very ocd and have body dysmorphia like I'm sure a lot of us do, so you can bet I track all that haha[:o)]

BR, are you asking in general for jets specifically?

I took a look around and saw tests for decent prices (and not much time) but they all add some disclaimer that his refers to RMR and doesn't take up the other x amount of % of activity, so something like a 25% margin of error wouldn't really be handy. Either way, pretty neat, figured it would be a much more expensive procedure.

In general though, you can use one of those calcs floating around (with several different methodologies you can usually select from a dropdown) which can give you some idea. Other people just decide, "okay for a cut, I'll start off with 13 x BW". With time, scale, and mirror you can kind of get a better idea of your loss/gain and find a decent approximation that takes into account your activity and lifestyle. i.e. think 2800 is maintenance, but barely losing at 2400.. time to drop down.

That's how I've done it, at least!

It seems to me like calculating the correct number of calories for daily maintenance would be the most important part of creating a diet or a bulk. It seems like it would take a lot of trial and error to get this number dialed in. My TRT doc offers a test that is pretty comprehensive regarding metabolic rate. He does a respiratory test, body mass breakdown, etc. Thinking about having it done.

Is it covered by insurance? Either way, if it's not a dent in the wallet that would be really interesting to see. Let us know !

Diet / nutrition is everything guys.

the rest revolves around those. especially PED's.

nice work BR.

Second pin in the books. Haven't felt anything yet but I've been having great workouts and killing my diet so far. All the people posting in here are just giving me that extra push to try my hardest and keep myself accountable:o Can't wait to add the var into the mix and have everything kick in! Thanks for all the input and feedback in here I appreciate it all:)

Just a little update everything is going great so far except the PIP I am getting which is almost crippling. PEP's NPP I would rate a 8/10 on the pip scale, now I see why people were complaining about his test e. MFL test prop I would rate a 5/10 on the pip scale, it is fairly normal for a prop and doesn't interfere with life. I pinned them in a separate syringe to figure out the culprit, from now on it will be in one syringe to keep the pip in one spot for a couple days. I'll continue to use them as I feel it kicking in. My joints didn't pop today while benching which was a first for me so the npp is slowly doing its thing but not going to lie the pip sucks. Just going to keep pushing forward and see what happens!:)
