This one is only $75, which is way cheaper. I think he's releasing it to promo his new supplement line. If it's 12 or 14 weeks, worth every penny.
Lemme know when you're ready to try a new program, I have a few other little tricks up my sleeve.

You wouldn't want to do something like this for longer. 4 weeks of what he has prescribed is sadistic enough. lol

I might look into purchasing this. Ive never paid for training advice before, alwys done what ive always done, except for the few tips you've given me, which ive really enjoyed. But its time to accept that my progress has been stalled for some time now and maybe its time to change my routine and do something else, and at 75$ its less than i spend on fuel to go to the gym every week.
