Joint pain every where

I’ve been lifting since I was a teenager off an on but these past few years have gotten into more so then I ever have.

long story short, I’ve been going at it hard ever since gyms Re-opened. I tend to go for the 12 to 15 reps ratio but I always usually add in at least one set where I go heavy Just to see you are my strength level is at. Anyways these past few weeks I feel like I’ve been getting pain. I can’t tell if it’s my joints or my muscles but almost everything hurts. When I do pull downs I feel in inner forearm. when I do chest I feel it in the crevice of my arm pits. I’m also getting cramps every where. Literally every major muscle on my body cramps at some point through out he week sometimes in a day. I am also current on a cycle if that changes any answers I will receive.

Does anybody have any thoughts experience or suggestions on this???

Sounds like dehydration. Are you drinking enough water?

BBG is probably on point with the dehydration.

Certain cycles, when I was using an AI more heavily, I would be a mess of cramps. I'd be thinking, fuck man, I'm drinking 2 gallons of water a day. How the fuck am I dehydrated? Looking back I think the culprit was running my E2 too low.

Also, constant heavy training. I've found my muscles keep up, but my joints and tendons can't. I get cortisone shots in my wrist every 3 months...before long its surgery. Right shoulder, both elbows.....a lot of us are a little beat up. I'm 41. I love going hard as fuck, but if I want to keep doing this.... well, I've been making adjustments.

So, If I want to go heavy I will, but I also have days where my entire goal is to make lighter weights as heavy as possible amd I work this tactic in as much as needed. Sometimes for consecutive weeks. Sometimes I need to back down to 3 days a week.

Listen to your body. If you keep pushing this way something breaks.

GL man.

Do you have other issues like being tired/lethargic, or have low libido? Could be crashed estrogen. One of the first symptoms I get of low E2 is achy joints.

Have you tried BPC-157? That is just magical for joint issues. Also, if you are getting any cortisone/steroid shots I would STRONGLY recommend it. I recall seeing a study (though I am having trouble finding it now) where they showed BPC-157 mitigated the damage done by cortisone/steroid injections. It is definitely worth doing, I was able to heal some torn (literally shredded) soft tissue damage as well as some nerve pain in about 18 months. Yes that's a long time, but without BPC those injuries would still have been present (they were old, nagging injuries). Shit is magical!

My pack has already arrived to customs in Jamaica, NY 5 days after track was given. I’m pretty happy about that. I’ve read it usually takes 3-5 days to pass through customs in NY so I hope that means ill get my pack in a week or so

ps- Your item arrived at our USPS facility in JAMAICA NY INTERNATIONAL DISTRIBUTION CENTER on January 23, 2021 at 3:32 pm. The item is currently in transit to the destination.

does this mean it has left customs or is it still in process of departing to the next facility?

I keep hearing about that stuff, were are you guys ordering from? I haven't seen any reputable sources that carry it. Although I haven't really ventured into peptides at all.

@MFAAS sorry just saw your reply.

No haven't tried the BPC. I am aware of it tho. I may look into it at some point, but generally I take as few drugs or peptides as possible. I'll run some anabolics, keep a clean diet and that's about it.

As far as any symptoms of low E2.... never really had too many. I've basically stopped running AIs unless I'm taking large test doses. Weirdly, all my natty bloodwork would come back with E2 low af. So, my body was just running that way before I even touched gear. Which is fucking weird. I feel better B&C and I don't necessarily feel it was from low test but from fixing a state of crashed estrogen. I have no idea what caused it.

The only supps I was using at the time were protein powder and mesomorph pwo.

Running your e2 to low. Are you saying you estrogen was to high so you should’ve have been on a higher dose of Some form of blocker or are you saying your estrogen was literally to low??
I always though steroids raised estrogen levels: not lower them

I’m not lethargic

just getting cramps a lot especially after a workout. And the the inner forearm near the elbow hurts when I do curls. I know steroids can lower esto levels. I didn’t know it could lower them unless you stopped taking them cold turkey causing your test and esto to shut down completely.

Please enlighten me

i too would like information on this dosage that works etc cuz my joints are smoked from a lifetime of sports and lifting and i would like to prolong this as long as possible

Just water tends to make you cramp more in the afternoon. Starts in firearms, calves, it's an electrolyte imbalance. I will water down orange juice, ads salt, drink pickle juice, anything to help on those days that begin at 100% humidity, and creeps into the upper 90"s

I use a magnesium supplement after I workout and it completely solved that issue for me. Just a little orange flavoured packet you mix with water. Sometimes I throw one in my water bottle while I'm working out. I also use those nuun electrolyte tabs and mio sport juice mixers wih the electrolytes every time I work out

Edit cause I forgot to add that the pain you are feeling is exactly what I get before tendinitis sets in so maybe take it easy for a bit and make sure you take your time doing a solid warm up
