been having some pretty bad pain in my elbow, where my bicep meets... pretty sure its due to the additional volume I've added recently.

any decent remedies for this? joint relief meds were pretty damn expensive... I'm thinking a deload week might help?

If you can figure out how to wrap it yourself or even better have someone do it for you and take you through the movements, Voodoo Floss would be worth trying.

^^ solid advice.
Also, try stretching, massage the brachial and ante brachial fasciae/ surrounding muscles with a lacrosse ball. You can get one for like $3 at sports authority.
Heating pads to relax the tissues can be useful. Rest, drop volume and see how it feels.
Don't "push" through the pain. Bad idea.
Feel better!

thanks for the advice guys. im deloading this week. im gonna pick up a ball and try that...

voodoo floss looks good, but idk if i could wrap it tight enough myself

I am in the same boat but with tendinitis in my knees, so will try the foam roller before and after workout on my knee joint.

Did you get an MRI to determine it was tendinitis?
Im asking bc I started suffering from knee pain and I honestly thought it was tendinitis too. At the time I was doing PT and I asked the doc if she could check out my knee. She touched right where the Vastus medialis meets the knee and I jumped in pain. She there was nothing wrong with my knee, it was just my quads that were so tight that hey we're pulling the tendons of my knees.
The pain quickly went away with stretching and massaging with the lacrosse ball NOT on the knee, but around my quads.

I can easily wrap my own elbows really tight with voodoo floss, might be the best 30 bucks I've ever spent on workout stuff and I have a ton of workout gear
