Hey guys, new on here so let me introduce myself. Just got back into training, about 4 more now. Took about 4 year break due to marriage and kids now finally got some time again. Right now I'm 6'2 180lbs. Would like to get up to 225 and still keep ripness. Hate water weight look. I def not eating enough, but hard to eat nonstop with my job. Any help with extra calories will be greatly appreciated. Last cycle I hit was test and tren(4 years ago). Workout 5 days a week and one day cardio. Off Sundays.
Day 1 - chest
Day 2 - Arms/abs
Day 3 - legs(f'in hate)
Day 4 - shoulders/abs
Day 5 - back
Day 6 -cardio(1 hr)/abs
Day 7 - Off
Wanna start off with either a simple test and deca, or test and EQ cycle, maybe add a little dbol.
