Journey to my first physique competition

Hey everyone,

I am going to compete in my first men's physique show in May. I wanted to do a series tracking from start to finish.

I am placing my order Monday for next cycle, which will be my third. Previous were very basic to establish my bodies tolerance, which included Test Cyp at 250mg increasing to 500mg per week and 2iu HGH, final 4 weeks included Anavar 40mg ED.

Planned next cycle:
~22 weeks total
-150mg Test Prop EOD
-2 iu HGH ED
-50mg injectable Anadrol to kickstart 4 weeks
- Looking for opinions on Letro or Adex
-PCT will include HCG, still researching use throughout or end of cycle. Clomid 100/100/50/50 and Nolvadex 40/40/20/20.

Considering adding Tren A towards the end to look more grainy, full and lean that last little bit. I have always wanted to try Tren, however I did not have this forum to help in guidance.

Nutrition
My current TDEE is ~2500. Until the start of the cycle, January 1, I am leaning out as much as possible (body fat will be included in personal stats section).

I will do 5 meals per day, total cal intake being at 3000-3200 per day, giving myself wiggle room dependent on bloat and body fat %. Meals to be included as I go.

Personal Stats
26 years old, 5'8", 165lbs at 11% body fat. I have used weight training for 11 years.

Current Lifts
Squat- 410
Deadlift- 455
Bench- 300
Strict Press- 165
Clean and Jerk- 270
Snatch- 205
1 mile- 6 min

Pics, workouts, nutrition log, and blood work to be posted throughout my journey. I hope I have structured this correctly! Please give me grace as I'm new to this forum.

I am open to any help with regards to cycle format.

How do you guys feel about adding Tren a to the cycle? Little anxious about it but pharmacom had a really cool Tren mix...I think mix 4?

Start with 50mgs a day for the first week to see how you tolerate. Side effects can differ from person to person but if you have sides they can be challenging to deal with. I had terrible acid reflux and I didn't sleep for shit but you may not have those. You mat have night sweats and loss of appetite or maybe none at all. Start at 50 a day and bump it up from there.
Everything I learned about Tren I learned here. From all the info I've read, most don't run it above 100mgs a day and it seems to be the consensus that if you keep your Test dosage per week less than your Tren dosage your sides will be minimized.
I've only run it once and I loved it. After 6 weeks you can start feeling yucky though.

I have used var with my last two and didn't notice much...may have been lack of amount or simply bunk gear. However, winny does interest me? When I researched, most people said oral vs injectable due to PIP.

As far as goal weight and BF%, I am shooting for 185 lbs @ 5%. Before my first cycle I stayed around 5-6.5% daily at 150 lbs so I'm comfortable at that low.

To add some up to date info, I ordered a rouge fitness sled and harness to pull behind me for cardio and for sprints. Running, sled dragging, rowing and airdyne intervals will be used for cardio.
Also for glute and hamstring development.

Winny in water inject usually does cause PIP but some labs are doing oil based now. I have not used the oil yet although I did acquire some and will be running it the last 4 weeks of my next cycle. I've read that the stan in oil either has no pip or if it does it's no where near as bad as the water. Just something to look into but I'll tell you that nothing will dry you out like Winny will.
 
I'm searching now for the oil based winny, having a hard time. PM me details on what forum I can search to find it.

Update:

Blood work and gear have been ordered as of tonight. I used Pharmacon, Darius specifically, which I must say was a very easy process. He has responded well to my questions and promptly! He has defiantly earned my business, which brings many friends of mine to Team Pharmacon! I will doing a labmax on the gear and posting pics of this cycle.

I will be posting my blood work as soon as I receive them. Clomid is on hand incase my estradiol levels are elevated pre-cycle, that way I can preemptively reduce those levels if need be. As a side note, I intend on donating blood every 6-8 weeks to keep RBC count from being to high, and checking blood pressure daily.

To help manage my blood pressure, LDL and cholesterol levels I will be using PurePharma's 3 kit, listed below:

Many of you will laugh at this, however I used Rich Piana's Liver organ support last cycle and really liked it. If anyone has had personal success with any other liver organ support, please feel free to post the thread link so I can research. Although, If I can, food will be the primary method to control as much as possible over medications; Garlic, Turmeric and Onions to name a few.

If I have forgotten anything you guys would like to see, please let me know! I always accept positive constructive criticism and very open to suggestions with provide links to research.
