Look what came in the mail today!!!
So my cardio plan will be:
wk 1- 15 min sled pull at 70#
wk 2- 15 min sled pull at 100#
wk 3-4- 20 min sled pull at 100#
wk 5-6- 25 min sled pull at 100#
wk 7-20- 30 min sled pull at 100# increasing by 10# each week ending at goal of 230#
I will substitute with the stair master and sprint/track drills at least once a week to keep variety.Heres the pic of the sled, taken from Rouge's website.
