Im about to go on a cycle of sustanon 250 and i really need some help with my routine.. Using 5 stes x 5 reps works wonders with my body.. I want to make a routine that incorporates all the below exercises, but im not sure how much intensity i need on the roids.. i'll show you my natural routine.. Thanks for the help guys..

Monday - Pull
Deadlifts
Barbell row
Weighted underhand chin-ups

Wednesday - Push
Flat barbell bench press
Incline barbell bench press
Seated barbell shoulder press to the front

Friday - Legs
Squats
Stiff leg deadlift
Standing calf raises
 
This is my favorite way to use the 5x5 system,

For more advanced lifters, a warm up, then 5 sets of 5 with a set weight. For example, do 135 for 5, 185 for 5, 225 for 3, 275 for 2, 315 for 1, then 335 for 5 sets of 5. When successful with all 25 reps at 335lbs, bump the weight up the next workout by 5 or 10lbs.

As far as intensity, the higher the better, but do not be tempted to add more sets! Instead, try to set a new rep or weight goal for yourself every workout on your last set, strive to be better each time you go into the gym. Thats what I mean by higher intensity.

I found sticking to the same weight throughout the entire exercise works best for me.. everyones different though.. there was not one week that i couldnt increase the weight by 5 pounds minimum.. do you think u can write me out a routine using steroids. i been training naturally for many years, ive reached my peak and cant go any further.. id be using 250mg of sus a week btw.. thanks for the help!

There is absolutely no difference in the way you train on or off roids. Just stick with whats been working. 250mg is a good place to start but don't go any lower, I would even start at 250mg every 5th-6th day. Instead of per wk.

i know everyones gonna go no u shouldnt blah blah blah, but im 17 and this wont stuff me up as an injectable would.. if ur jsut gonna be a smart ass then dont bother posting, jsut of ur time and my tym.. wk1 20mg daily, wk2 30mg daily, wk3 40mg daily, wk4 30 mg daily, wk5 20 mg daily.. followed by 40mg of nolva for the first week, and 20 mg of nolva in the next 2 weeks.. wot i need to know is how many sets/reps should i be doing for each muscle.. please be specific.. thanks for those who put the effort into being helpful and hope ur training goes to plan..
You are way too young for steroid use.
