@wedorecover he is afraid the jury will side with the woman and be wrongly convicted. This is his first time ever being in any kind of trouble. Not even a speeding ticket.

None of us can really tell him what to do ... hes attorney probably knows best.. that’s just me tho on a sex case id never take a deal ... if i didnt do it ... its really not what u want to be in jail for at least in ca ... he’s gonna have to pc other wise he’s gonna have a bad day .. not to mention having to register as a sex offender

Haha depends got my own case pending now they cornered me to trying make me make deal for misdemeanor ona agg battery. N 14k in hospital bill for the kid who is here on a vesa n fkd with the wrong dude. I said hold da fk up he didn’t even pay that amount n u want me to pay that this fkr is going right back to Europe with that money can’t believe the fkn court system. But anyways. Fkr trying to sue me civilly too. So in the same day the continued my case to late that afternoon I had time to call the o shit lawyer. Haha fkr said 15k. Said dam minus well take the plead. Got pay same sht any ways under one condition. I went back gave them my Fkn offer I pay the 14k n plead guilty to misdemeanor if he signs off that he will not sue me civilly. They refused I said fknit I reuse terms to I’m not agreeing to that hen. I pay the lawyer that money I was losing anyways to fkn beat the case. Dude is a fkn lion in the court room. So the judge was pissed cuz I fired my attorney n picked up the other attorney because he was trying to set it for trail next date which would of been i front of a different judge which supposqvly is a crank. So my first attorney Fkn lived my move. He said you Fkn a beat this shit they were trying to. Play you. N you couldn’t of made a better fkn move. Anyways got carried away here but depends on what they offer you and how guilty you are lol. I fkd dude up but he pushed me it’s all on camera. And I was trying to make plead pay lil something n be done with it.

If "your friend" takes a plea he will do some time. At least a few years and depending on where he is at will have to register as a sex offender possibly for life. If the evidence is not strong and he fears a jury trial then ask for a bench trial which is a trial only in front of the judge. Either way if he is innocent then he should consider some form of trial because having that on your record is not a good thing. I'm a felon and did a pretty nice chunk of time. It's hard enough with a felony on my record and it will be harder with a sex offense felony on "your friends"
