Just a question (DNP)

I just want the answer to a question, I understand it isn't good to go low calorie on DNP, I understand how powerful it is, These are for curiosity sake.

"With a massive caloric deficit (between 500-1000 calories/day at 5'10 210 lbs), Would DNP's mechanism be inhibited or disabled? Essentially what I mean is would you lose more weight at 2000 calories a day or 500 calories a day, with a lack of calories/carbs does DNP still work?"

DNP is an energy decoupler. Everything you do, from being awake to moving around uses more energy than usual. A larger deficit means that burn more fat than if you ate less. Energy in vs energy out.

500 cals is pretty low. If set it up like a PSMF if you're going to go really low. Skip the cardio and do 2 or 3 weight sessions a week. Full body style, 80% of 1RM, 2 sets of 5 each. Just enough so that you stimulate protein synthesis and have the protein to fulfill the requirements.

Depending how much DNP you take you might not be able to tolerate a lot of cardio.

As far as dose goes - there are estimated multipliers in the How not to fuck up DNP thread that approximate dose:metabolic effect.
