I must say that when I got back and checked out my long lost family here at Meso, I was quite disappointed with the new format. It's a huge pain in the ass. However, Big Louie has said to give it a chance and thats what I am gonna do. I'm not the brightest when it comes to the computer (or the right women for that matter) but what the hell..... If Louie can do it, anyone can.......

Big Rob.. This new format isn't so bad.. You'll get used to it in a day or so.. and then you'll actualy start to like it better than the old one..

Phreezer, thanks for the always warm welcome brother. I must say that since my re-entry into society I have once again blown back up a bit. I put the no food, no gear, no gym theory to the true and total test for 6 months with massive cardio daily. I dropped about 30 pounds of fat and muscle and now I gained 20 of it back in mainly muscle and people are tripping..... I should write it all down and post it one of these days.....

As far as Para and the VD, those may be the only shots he is taking lately. He was supposed to come see me a while back and went MIA....

What about BFE??? He alive???

Yeah, that can happen when all they feed you is peanut butter and starchy food. I actually got pretty defined and low b/f . But I was doing daily cardio and not eating the crap they give you. Mainly apples/bananas/misc. protein when you can get it etc... Fuckin sucks but thats where they send the "bad people" so what can one expect......

You must live in cali or something. A fighter that I know went to county out there and did nothing but run and train all day with the professional wrestlers that were in there. My cardio consisted of pacing the same 25 foot circle all day.

I am in Cali but have no clue as to where one may get to run all day long. I was stuck in a 4X8 23+ hours a day...... I guess them wrestlers have it easy in the County....

The new format actually has some cool features in it. I'm just not big on change and unfamiliar territory.....

I did it when I was IN...... It's hard to explain what ya do but it has to do with dropping down and doing a push-up or two and getting back up. I would do that over 200 times straight with no breaks etc...... Then 1 day a week I would do 400 straight. Out here they call them burpies but I'm sure there is a better name out there.......
