Still working on it -slowly . Yes its good tasting and there lies the problem ; once I get started on sweets I lose self-control . And the ol lady is a sugar monster too, shes no help.
She makes the best peanut-butter oatmeal whey protein cookies , and last year I was all set to get some ripped pics of myself and then I went on a cookie bulk diet and blew all my progress in one month . Gained 20lbs in 4 weeks .
By then it was Thanksgiving so WTF why stop , I kept going until Dec.31st before I put the brakes on . Gained 30lbs altogether . Im back to 170lbs finally and so I am suspect of any sweets . Last 2 weeks my only sugar came from 1 apple and 1 banana a day . Plus a carrot . I try to eat these 3 everyday .

mast e. It turned out to be mast p, but I don't know the concentration. I have so much mast p from Astro's BOGO sales, I figured it wasn't worth pinning BIO's crap.
All the bad Astro gear is mast e as well. Hopefully he gets his lab results back soon and agrees to replace it.
