If it's good your nose will go numb in minutes

I always get an acute energy boost after injecting test. I assume this is not what you're referring to.

As far as your question, please provide more information. Do you have low testosterone and you just started TRT? Or are you starting a cycle? Either way, you're not going to notice much from one injection.
