I'm interested in increasing everything mass stamina and strength
I was told to do research to find what I need I need some advice to obtain the maximum results I need a place to obtain a beginning stack and what and how to do it the right way I'm not lazy and looking for a shortcut i just wanna be like Arnold I'm willing to put in the work to get it but I'm the working class and don't have time to spend hours in the gym everyday any suggestions would be appreciated

The only way to increase mass, stamina, and strength - or to "look like Arnold" - is to train, and train hard. No miracle drug or stack is going bypass the need for hard work.

Most people here are working class and find a way to get hours in at the gym. Just got to be creative about it.

Well, advice on beginner cycles is plentiful on here but from those numbers you still have plenty of natural run in you at age 28.

What sort of programming are you using?

You mean what's my routine
Mon bi and shoulder
Tues chest and tri
Wen legs
Thursday trap and back
Fri dip and pull-up
Sat hard cardio
Sun off
Abs every day

Pretty much what I meant... a little hard to say without more details but the routine you seem to be describing is largely a BB/hypertrophy focused type of routine which likely explains why your raw strength numbers aren't quite where you want them.

At your size and age for example there is no need for AAS in order to bench considerably more than your body weight raw. If your goal is raw strength rather than hypertrophy a change in programming may be in order.

If you are going to cycle anyway the general advice is going to likely follow as:

1. Use a short ester Test and/or an oral in the first weeks of the cycle until a long ester Test catches up (you would be injecting both long and short simultaneously for a bit).

2.Have your AI and PCT drug supply secured before you inject or ingest anything. Being prepared prevents panic situations.

3. Get bloodwork before you start.

After you get done introducing yourself , head on down to the underground and read.
