I was just wondering what kinda weight the big boys are pushing.

I'm not one of the big boys in my gym, but here are my stats.

Gym Location and Name: Oklahoma City, Oklahoma........."The Weight Room"

Height 5'8''
weight 225
Bench 420 ish
squat 455? I know sad :(
BF 12%
 
Location: FL
Height: 5'8"
Weight: 210
Bench: 405
Squat: 495
Dead: ???
B/F: 12%
# of cycles under my belt: 1
Time lifting: ~3 years
 
Of course im bullshiting who do you think i am Ronnie Coleman my point was that any body can write anything with this sort of question
 
lmao...ok, just pointing out that if you were trying to be serious it wasnt gonna last long.

Yeah people can write anything but there are a few honest people around hero.

dead ??? (last time I pulled 505 but hurt myself in the process.)

Usually about 235 around the winter months. 210 @ 5-6% came after hard dieting ... and H's DNP :D
 
my numbers

185lbs
BF% 8
lifts don't matter to me....I go by the mirror. I use much lighter weights than most everyone here but do ultra slow reps and strict form. Been natural except for one cycle 4 years ago with sus and primo. Got up to 208 but was looking like a bloated water bag. Much happier at present weight and BF%. Would like to thicken up a bit more but keep BF same.

Squat: 450
Dead: 520
BF: 11-14%

All-Natural but starting my first cycle in July...lets see where it goes from there
