Just wanted to drop in here and say whats up. I've been out of the gym for years and just getting back into it. I went to create a account here, and to my surprise I already had one linked to my email. I never posted before on here and must have created it way back when to view site content.
Anyway.. feels great to be back! I went down hill pretty far with my lifestyle.. eating poorly, no exercise, and just felt like crap a lot of the time. If my job wasn't active I would probably be obese. I am blessed with decent genes too so that helps keep the fat off, and lean muscle on even when treating myself poorly.
Im back on the right path now - I am a all or nothing kind of person. So Jan 1st was my first day back. I hit the gym 4 days this week and have been getting my diet and supplement intake in line. I used to be a dirty 225 at 5' 7 around 15 - 18% bodyfat (upper abs showing). Starting weight was 187 this week at near 20% bf, Im up 7 - 8 lbs today. Goal before summer is a clean 205-210 at 12% bf.
I am not new to steroids and have done 2 cycles previous. I got to 190 lbs natural before touching AAS, so I think my goals are reachable with a little help. I'll see ya guys around!
