Just got in town

Greetings and thanks for the add, glad to be here. I’m a 58 yr old male who currently works out with light weight and some cardio a few times a week and trains in jiu jitsu a few times a week and compete in same regularly. I’ve been on trt protocol for about 10 months and use various peptides such as BPC157/TB500 and GHRP’s/GHRH’s. Haven’t messed around with any aas since high school but i find myself looking for ways to help maintain the muscle mass i currently have (average) as it seems to be declining a bit as i age. I look forward to reading through various forums and educating myself on potential options.
