Glad to be here just joined. I'm 32 and have been lifiting almost non stop since 18. I say almost non stop because several years back I was diagnosed with cancer "non Hodgekins lymphoma" I've beat it after almost 2 years of Chemo and treatment I'm now 100 percent cancer free. But as you can imagine it more that fucked up my lifting routine for quite a while. But after gaining a ton of weight a year after stoping chemo and not being able to get strength or muscle gains like I was used to and just having no energy in general, I told my doctor about it he tested me and put me on 100mg testoterone cypionate a week and thyroid medication "levothyroxine" because that was screwd up too helping my fat gain... Well after a year on both the TRT , thyroid mess and hitting the gym I've lost 40 pounds while putting on a good amount of muscle ...went from totally inactive struggling to finish 3 sets of 10 at 135 lol to reping 315 on bench in a year and all other lifts not to shabby as well... Not bragging I know that's not overly impressive but for just doing my TRT dose it has impressed me.. I was a good gainer in my early 20s naturally but not like this even at therapeutic doses I've seen great results... But have now plateaued and would be interested in learning how to bust through that (safley as possible) not trying to win awards just be the healthiest and strongest version of my self I can be. The first pic is me in Iraq at 24 natural before I got sick. The sexing is now with a year of his TRT and hitting the weights hard but obviously a lot of fat to lose still
