Just received my lab work

Howdy,
41 year old male, 195 lbs, I cheat on my diet maybe twice a month.
I just did my first blood test, I’ve been natural my whole life and was thinking about doing a simple 10 week test e only cycle and see how it feels.
I don’t want to get large overnight, I’ve been lifting for years off and on and have been lifting 4 times a week for the last 2 years.
I would rather deal with less sides and have smaller reasonable gains than deal with negative sides and not look like I’m “on juice” just a genetically gifted lifter.
I always assumed my test was low, I do put on muscle but it’s tough and my temper tends to be a little short.

Tell me what you guys think my next step should be.

I did not see any E2 test, which might tell you something. Your T is to the low side. Are you sleeping and eating healthy. Not under stress etfc.

I just took a testosterone test not sure about e2 either. I eat very clean and a lot.
I own a business and am married, those tend to be stressful in my opinion but I’m not losing sleep or worried about anything.

I average about 7hrs a night per my Fitbit.
 
I was about your age same level. Monitored it 5 more years. When I dipped to 399 I felt like shit and I was eating great trying to raise my levels. Steak,eggs 200mg protein a day from food. Was hard to get results. Jumped on 200mg sports TRT a week and started getting results from training instead of maintaining and feeling tired.
