Just started my first cycle...

Hey everyone. I just started my first cycle and was hoping on getting some advice. My cycle consists of a blend of 100mg/ml of tren ace and 100mg/ml of test prop, which i'm taking one ml per eod. How strong of a dose do you guys think this is for a newbie? I'm also taking liquid clen 100mcg per day, 2 wks on, 2wks off. How do you guys break up the daily dosage of 100mcg of clen, 50mcg am and 50mcg in the afternoon? Also, i've started to notice muscle cramps and i feel a little wired. Will these sides go away in time? I read potassium can get rid of the muscle cramps, how much should i take? I just started this cycle this week. I'm going to be adding t3 starting next week. So what you do guys think of my cycle? BTW i'm also working out 5x week and doing moderate cardio 4x week.

make sure that you are not overtraining...also, what does your food intake look like...people do it, but why are you running the clen and T3 with your cycle?, what are your goals? and the clen can make you feel wired, which will go away after a couple days.

My main goal is to drop my bf% and gain some lean muscle mass in the process. I don't believe i'm overtraining...i just do three excerises with 4 sets per body part. As for my food intake, i'm basicly cutting on the amount of food i eat and cutting back on fat and carbs....nothing too fancy. My main problem on eating is overeating each time i eat.

Drop bodyfat and simultaneously add muscle... how many times have we all heard that?

If you're genetically gifted, that can be done. Or, if you have a lot of experience and can eat exactly right and train and do your cardio exactly right, it can be done. However the majority of people can not do that to any great degree.

It is much easier to pick one and then do the other during your next cycle.

As far as your cycle, you're taking 350mg/week of Test and 350mg/week of Tren. That's a fine cycle for a beginner. Don't need to go any higher than that.

Your Clen and T3 and cardio will do a lot to help you lose fat but also keep any muscle growth to a minimum. The AAS will help prevent any muscle loss, as would normally occur with what you're doing. I would guess that by the end of the cycle you've gained minimal muscle, if any, and lost quite a bit of fat.

Good luck,

yeah, everything MaxRep said... that's why I asked about why you were taking the clen and T3. If you keep estrogen low the test and tren should give you great gains and help to harden you up as long as your diet is good. Maybe save the clen/T3 for cutting after your cycle? Unless your BF% is pretty high and you are dead set on cutting.

thats a pretty ballzy first cycle, imo....it looks to me your trying to mix the best of several different worlds all together to get all the effects desired....burn fat, get muscular as fuck and ripped all together.....dont always work like that...not tryin to be hard criticizin on you, im not one to get fat as fuck while bulking and then loose it, i stay on a clean diet all year round basically and stay pretty lean, but i eat like a monster when bulking i just keep it good foods, with all that cardio and training im on the same page as maxrep, i see you loosin some weight but not much for muscle gains.....

Well, that the plan i'm shooting for. I'm hoping on dropping my bf% (that's the main goal) and maintaining my muscle mass or if possible add some in the process. I'm well aware not gonna add a ton of muscle while taking clen and t3...that would be just stupid if i thought that. Besides that i've read that most peolpe mix a aas to there cutting cycles in order to perserve their muscle mass, is this not true or what?

This is true however your earlier post said:

"My main goal is to drop my bf% and gain some lean muscle mass in the process."

As though they were equal goals.

If you're now saying fat loss is the primary goal and muscle preservation, not muscle gains, are the secondary goal, then you're right on track with what you're doing and those are realistic goals.

Good luck,

I sit corrected. I should have stated that a little more clearly.

No big deal and I didn't mean for it to sound like a rebuke. Again, you're on track to maintain muscle, perhaps even add a little depending on your diet, and cut up.

Good luck,
