Here's my meal plain someone made for me
I'm 5ft 9
27 years old
183 lb
Meal 1: 8 am
•4 whole eggs 4 egg whites
•Half a cup of oatmeal ( one cup cooked)
•1/4 cup blueberries
•1 tbsp honey

Meal 2: 11am
• 6 ounces white meat
• 6 ounces complex carbs
• 1 cup green veggies

Meal 3: 2pm
• 6-8 ounces red meat
• 4 ounces complex carbs
• 1 cup green veggies

Meal 4: 4pm (pre-workout meal)
• 1 scoop protein blend
• 1 rice cake
• 1 tbsp almond butter
• 1 banana

Meal 5: 730pm
• 6 ounces white meat
• 1 cup veggies
• half avocado

Before bed 1 scoop protein shake

Mix water with protein only

White meat options:
Chicken, Turkey, white fish

Complex carbs:
Brown rice, yams, sweet potatoes, quinoa

Green veggies:
Broccoli, asparagus, green beans, peas, Brussel sprouts, spinach, kale

What's the total macro breakdown vs your maintenance? That's the important knowledge. Break it down, you need to learn if you don't already know how. And I'm too lazy to do it for you right now, lol.
