This sounds great. What do you recommend for a first time dosage? 1mg a few hours before sex?

2.5mg first time on a light food day. The full effect isn't linear. You either get it or you don't and lower doses are often disappointing. I use 3.5. It slows digestion just like GLP drugs and you'll get constipation or the opposite on a full stomach. There's often passing nausea that lasts a minute or less soon after injection. These effects happen less and less with each use.

Typically kicks in within 30-60 minutes. strong effects for about an hour. Settles down a bit, then returns 3-4 hours after injection even stronger and lasts several hours.

Then it settles down into a moderate, but definately enhanced state for another day or two.

You will not get priaprism on PT-141 no matter how long you stay hard, it will release, even if only momentarily and get hard again but enough to prevent injury so don't panic if you have a raging hard on for hours. The erection is fully controlled by the brain, fully natural, you're just extremely aroused and sensitive. It's not chemically induced so that's why priapism isn't a concern. The signal is so strong it can bust through minor or moderate ED. If you have severe ED a little cialis will open the pipes up enough for PT to work its magic.

Docs treat guys off label with this who've had spine injuries because it's so effective at restoring and strengthening the "brain-penis" connection.

Have a pillow to bite nearby so you don't blow her eardrums out. The orgasm intensity can be shocking.

If she complains about the noise or being woken up for 3 more rounds, point out this drug is approved by the FDA for women with ugly husbands as "Vyleesi". Female dose is 2mg 45 mins before sex. No more than once every 24 hours. It's $300 a dose at the pharmacy!

Update -

Had an issue with one of the orders but JY Pharma took care of it and replaced it with no issues. Much appreciated!

HGH 10IU - Blue Cap

Injected an entire vial IM and 3 hours later went to have a blood draw for GH Serum and D-Dimmer. Obviously not as definitive as a jano lab but should give some insight if GH is present and potency.

Done this before with other vendors and proved to yield positive results.

Will post results here.

Levels elevated about 4x outside the reference range. D-Dimmer within range.

Took lab right about the 3 hour mark. Levels may be higher since it peaks around this time.

Would guess it puts it close the what the Jano lab reflects.

Levels "may be higher?" The whole point of your GH testing protocol is to find the maximal possible GH levels. Your GH levels 99% of the rest of the time are undoubtedly lower.

Agreed. I was referring to the possibility that the exact time of peak may not have been right when I took the bloods.

It’s approx 3 hours. Possibility I peaked prior or was still approaching my peak is why I stated “possibly higher”.

As I’m sure you know. This method is anything but exact, just a baseline.

Wow that's a nice overdose on the cyp. Not a bad thing, as long as it's consistant. Hate opening a new vial from the same brand for TRT and getting E2 sides after a few weeks on a carefully calibrated dose.

Well, I've just whacked on two independent jano tests that came out of my own pocket after 2 of us receiving 3 total orders. Some of the US guys got theirs in 5 days

I ordered from them, didn't try everything yet but can say that their cialis definetly works, their customer service is kinda shit unless it improved recently.
