16. October: I place an order and pay for it. Next day it's shipped.

7. November: I notice my package is stuck for almost 2 weeks in Germany which is very unusual so i ask what's going on?

Seen. No answer.

11. November: I write again asking for an update. You tell me that the warehouse is moving and you had to stop all packages. I tell you no problem, take your time, safety first.

16. November: You write on meso that you are back in business and will be shipping normally again very soon. I write and say welcome back and ask for an update on my package.

Seen. No answer.

22. November: Starting to get frustrated so I ask again for an update about my package. I'm finally being told that my package will be reshipped.

Cool. I ask if i can add some items on top of the order and pay extra before it is reshipped again. You say yes please list your times. I list them immediately.

Some sources never seem to get their Meso sea legs. I've suggested to a few new sources to spend time in other source threads to see what kind of things are expected of them. Could save a lot of time and hassle. Alas.
