I found no benefit except emptying my wallet faster then dextrose/maltodextrin. I tried 20-80g intraworkout, noticed no difference from dextrose or maltodextrin.
Some people get an upset stomach or feel sluggish on dextro/malto so i can see it being useful for them. Im a fan of intraworkout carbs myself, find it helps my workouts and you get a better pump.
