Keep on recomping?

Hi folks :)

I have been recomping for 4 weeks now on Test and Tren (for those who would ask why I take AAS, it is because I have muscle dystrophy so it is difficult to gain strength or mass and I have had success with the strength gain. Could not open a water bottle before).

Do I keep on recomping? I feel my front looks good which tells me to bulk, but when I look at my back, the love handles changes my perspective and I do notice a little bit of decrease in its size but I was thinking to give it 4 more weeks for the recomp then switch to a bulk? I feel part of what makes my love handles big is the narrow back..)
Left is recent, right is 4 weeks ago.

Curious. What is your medical condition causing the dystrophy?I’m sure that’s terrible to live with. Tren isn’t a cure though brother you don’t want to be taking it unnecessarily. Just be safe.

Anyways… As someone who spent far too long trying to “recomp” just pick something man. When we focus too much on recomp we will never get as big as we want, and we’ll never get as lean as we want. One cycle doesn’t get 99% of people to their goals anyways. Tren is serious stuff you wanna get the best bang for your buck when you take it.

Come up with a plan. Figure out your cycle. Stick to it. Ideally you will already know these things before your first injection.

It is called Charcot Marie Tooth. Terrible! I remember when I was 18 I could barely bench 20lbs dbs or could barely open a water bottle. Now, I am much better. I can do 75lbs and overall strength got better. Still doing better than my disease peers.

Yes, I know tren is not a cure. I am mainly relying on Test. I just introduced it 4 weeks ago to just get it over with the love handles.. it is been stubborn. I cutted before (long) and bulked (A bit) but it did not go away.

I know Tren is serious. However, I have no side effects yet which is good and I do take multiple stuff to mitigate the cardiotoxicity coming out of it. I know recomp is just a very long road which leads nowhere.

Thanks for your input!!! brother:)

No need to "bulk" in my opinion..
Just a go a couple hundred cals above maintenance.. clean dense body builder diet.
Also I'd drop the tren and run something like npp/deca or primo.. better for building muscle in my opinion.
That's really it.. you got a ways to go still.. just train hard.. eat in a slight surplus good foods and min aas.. in my opinion tren is not good here because you need time and it's not best to run tren for long.. test at a 500mg and under can be ran for awhile , same with deca/npp and primo

Don't worry about "Recomping", just switch to a real cut and get lean, very lean, and by that I mean when you start seeing veins in your abs.

Once you reach that level, start a very clean bulk, maybe 1 cheat meal a week. Keep carbs high, moderate protein and low fats.

I'm currently on week 5 of a "rebound" after a hard cut, I've gained 12 pounds (mostly water and glycogen) but I've gained 0 fat. If anything, I'm looking leaner and much more vascular compared to the end of the cut.

By the way, what doses are you on and how's your diet looking like?

Always consult your doctor before you do such extreme experiments. If you have some medical issues abusing steroids can make it so much worse. This forum is for general information for healthy adults, don't rely on non professional information. You should consult a specialist and work with him/her to treat you. Good luck and take care.
