keeping strength?

ok , ivee been off for a couple weeks now still keeping my stength havent lost any weight yet either. im wonder do most of u guys keep the strength u gained from your cycle?
 
Sounds like you planned you PCT well, ehh?

I've seen both sides of that coin, I've actually improved my situation in the weeks following my last two cycles. Depression and ineptitude caused me to lose some strength and weight in my first few runs, but knowledge and self awareness turned it around for me. I think half the battle is keeping yourself driven and disciplined as your hormonal balance returns.

There is no reason to be terrified of coming off, as many of us are or have been.

Nice to hear a good post cycle story every once in a while.
