Hey bros
does anyone know if there is something to keep track of your cycles. such as when to inject, products used etc... I seen a download one on this site a while back. I just wanted to know if anyone knows of something like that
Thanks

not being a wise ass, but a pad and pen works fine :) .

or you could just type into your computer in notepad and save it.

have a nice day

Cycle Planner 3.7 - created by FedSki @ Anabolic Review

From FedSki @ AR

i decided to post this so that new members can download it and existing users can update their version if necessary. over 500 downloads of the different versions so far.

this version has loads of features. users of earlier versions will notice i squeezed in an extra component column and the ability to enter 0 in the 'days following last component dose' box.

To use it you must download the file first - just click the link and save the .zip on your drive (i prefer to save to my desktop as a temporary place for such things). open the .zip (you might need winzip if you got an older operating system like windows 98) and extract the file. you can then open the extracted file with excel. if you have excel installed you should be able to double click the extracted file and excel will open it automatically.

PM me if you find any bugs and/or have any comments or suggestions and bump this thread if you like it and want others to use this tool.

i just use the calendar that my gym sends out each year. just write in the blocks for each day. chemical/dosage/site/ancillaries.

I just saved it fine. Don't try to save it , open it instead then save it to folder or where ever you want it.

I usually end my cycle when I run out of gear.. then I get some more.... I do it doggcrapp style... basicaly never get off...so I never lose my gains.... but I do a crusing period...

ive been messin' around with this and it seems to work great

this is not my next cycle but is the aas being used. feel free to suggest changes but like i said ive been just putting shit everywere and havent finished it.

well shit i guess i cant attach a .exl file and i dont know how to adjust it so i can!

take my word for it, you can graph it out into days for every week. it looks nice and organized.
