Kexing

I ordered Fitropin (120iu) x 5 on June 9th. Funds sent via Evo were received by Kexing June 9th, however my order was not shipped until June 15th....problem #1.

Problem #2

As I mentioned above, I ordered 600iu, well apparently Kexing made the decision (w/o notifying me beforehand) that they would send my order in two shipments. The first shipment 360iu, and the two remaining kits to be shipped upon my receipt of the first shipment.

Personally I think this is extremely poor customer service. Just wondering if anyone else has problems with Kexing?

I think I might be better off sticking with Jin!

I, too experienced the same wonderful customer service "benefits" you mentioned. They need to be educated a bit on what their customers want otherwise they will quickly garner a rep and they will lose this customer base.

How much did 120iu run and how about 600iu. Have you guys used kexing before and how is it compared to jino? Thanks 4545

Feel fortunate with the 4 days. On one inquiry I heard nothing for 8 days.

I do like their product, especially when you consider the price. I have both kexing and jins in my refrig and I cant tell them apart.

Well, as soon as I get my 5 kits, that's it. I'm gonna stick with Jin, I usually here back from them in a day or two.

I finally managed to get my five kits (and it only took about a month,,,grrrr).....sort of. They re-shipped, but all I got was the vials. No boxes, no water. Soooo, it looks like I have 100 vials I have to use, oh darn.....lol That's it for me and Kexing though, I'll never order from them again.
