I'm making no gainz!!1

My diet is on point. 50g of protein per day as recommended by the fda. I do nothing but pull ups and bench yet no weight gain!

WHY!
 
Is 5mg var and 10mg dbol good?. Looking to put on 20lb muscle in a month. Hope my mom doesn't find my stash.
20 pounds in a month better get on that dbol anadrol anavar stack!!! Do 100mg of each a day, it might work no need for blood work or eating or even training you will be good to go!

You should be putting on serious weight 50g of protein and pull ups and bench press! That's all you need bro!!!
 
Sad thing is, we are all still that same kid inside. No matter how much bigger or better looking we get.....its never enough:rolleyes:;)
Very true man, but another sad factor is now a days kids don't think of repercussions. Or take the time too think about it for a minute.

It's painful sometimes, isn't it?

I mean fuck, I know I was stupid at 19. But I don't think I was this stupid. I don't remember any of us being this fucking slow. I think it's got to be the tech and social media. Or maybe the insecticides. . .
 
I'm 17 y/o 6ft 149lbs. I've been lifting for about 9 months solid. Going to start my first cycle of tren a 250mg, test prop 300mg pinned 2x per week. 2cc each pin. 1100mg per week. My bro at the gym gave me this stuff and said you need to pin over 1000mg per week for best results.

I can't afford a pct because I work at McDonald's. But I should be fine right??
