i have had all kind of sore shots and stuff but this is a first i have like a hard ball only about an inch by an inch in size in my glut muscle is this norm or anyone know what this is? it doesnt even hirt and is not red or hot just hard

What gauge are you using? What are you injecting? How often do you inject? How long have you been on? How much off time did you have before you went on?

These are questions that would be helpful knowing to give you an answer.

I'v had that happen a time or two, it's not painful just uncomfortable...like a golf ball's stuck in your ass check. I found that massaging and heat worked best to help disapate the oil.

I used to get knots, then i wised up and used a smaller needle, (25gauge), and learned to inject slooooowly. Walla, no lump.

you probably hit a blood vessel down deep, and it is a build up of blood, don't worry it will go away in about 4-5 days. It happens to me every so often.

I have popped a small vessel before (not injected into it) and it hurt like a mo fo for a few days afterwards. Felt like a really bad bruise. I have also had a knot in my ass from injecting. Like others said, I started to inject slower and with a smaller guage and haven't had a prob since.
