I ran it @ 5mg a day with 5mg bpc and noticed shitt-all from it

A better path might be adding some supplements that contribute to the increased collagen production hgh promotes. vitamin c, beef collagen peptides, oral hyaluronic acid, vitamin d+k2
I end some of my workouts with tendon specific loading, specifically bicep tendon. I'll lay on a bench with my arms out at 45 deg and arms fully extended holding dumbbells. Stretch down and pull back up with straight arms, just putting all the tension right on the tendon
Trying to force those fuckers to remodel, and feeding them all the substrate they need on hand to do it.
It's been effective.
