Going to smash down some rice cakes, banana, honey, Greek yoghurt and ceral as pre-workout for my carbs.I use 600mg daily with my preworkout meal, make sure it has good carbs

I'd always go with some chicken breast, rice, kiwi and 2 rice crackers with strawberry jam an hour before

you should try a chicken&rice diet for 18+ months , talk about borrring, Shredded a ton of fat though , 25% bf down to 11% without a single glp1,,, cardio,Testosterone & hgh,diet took care of it,Annnd "the misery loves the company" , , ahahaI get sick of my food eating the same thing day in and day out, still force it down lol
However trying to give myself more freedom now and not be so strict with it as it's miserable otherwise I find.

Energy Drinks such as monster with carnitine have so little carnitine, plus the oral availbility of carnitine is very low. I believe its somewhere about 38% or so?Actually something I want to ask is can you take L-carnitine with something like monster that already has L-carnitine in it or preworkout?
Tomorrow I plan on just taking 500mg of L-carnitine 30 minutes before I train and just see what I get from it and keep you all updated as I haven't really seen anyone share there experience using it as a pre workout to be honest.
Lately tried a monster for the first time out of pure curiosity as I use to hate the thought of energy drinks, however 1 before the gym I find is good and the obvious convince and nice taste.
Not sure if it's worth quiting caffeine all together, as I've been thinking of using crest strips on my teeth as a guy called dave trains does it once a year, just makes sure not to drink tea, coffee or anything that will stain the teeth and you be sound apparently if you maintain your teeth afterwards.
Not sure if I want to sacrifice caffeine and stuff like monster, tea, coffee etc for perfect white teeth instead.

injectable is so much better, also goes straight up into your system with a nice carb source in your pre workout meal
My fav. stack with Carnitine is 3-4iu of GH and 5mg of Cialis, 3g of Salt, 4g of Taurine.

With you saying ASDA I assume you’re from the UK like me. Where do you get your L carnitine from? I get mine from surge solutions and it’s been great. Website info on storage says room temp is fineI could imagine ahaha.
ASDA by me ran out of chicken at one point as it was deleted on the system for a few months as they had better chicken coming in.
All I could eat was mince beef, rice and brocoli 5 times a day and legit thought about offing myself, as it was the most miserable 4-5 months of my life.
Obviously now they have chicken in, so now I have creative freedom again.
However only so many ways you can mix and change up chicken, mixed veg and rice like with sauces and seasonings like.
I like to throw in a bbq pizza with meat on it here and there to spice things up and a McDonald's here and there.
Sometimes I'll pick up a meal deal over ASDA pretty often actually to have nothing to refresh my taste buds.
