L-carnitine PIP?

Bought 3 vials of L-carnitine 500mg/ml

Pinned first 500mg today ventrogluteal and went for a leg day. Didn’t hurt much when pinned but now I definitely have PIP. Is this normal? I don’t get pip with oils. Could it be too high of a concentration or maybe my body doesn’t react well to water based compounds?

Making a thread because I couldn’t find an answer. Obviously with oils I’d try mixing them to lower concentration but L-carnitine is the only water based compound I pin so can’t do that.
 
Some companies higher concentration l-carnitine causes burning or pip.

When i home brewed it at 500mg I had zero of either, also innovagens and other companies gave me zero pip too. They did have the weird fishy smell to it which my homebrew didnt

try a different muscle.

Maybe try warming the syringe in a heating pad or something before injecting
 
I found the ventro glutes to be the worst for pip front L-carnitine. I like delts or vastus lateralis, but everyone is different.
Inject very slowly, seems to help when pinning something hypertonic
 
I’ll definitely give that a try maybe it was the temperature shock to the muscle
It just might flow and dissipate a little more smoothly

I have an l-carnitine / alcarn blend that is pretty thick. Heating it a little bit makes a lot of difference.

When I shoot it in my glute, I stand for a min with my glute completely relaxed and just let it ooze through the muscle tissue.
 
Pretty normal when starting out, water base items seem to always have some pip. I've ran upto 1200mg 2ml and it always take 30-45mins to settle. I just do glutes with mine and brew my own.
