This is what I started with

22 syringe filters
60ml luerlock syringe
25g (vent) and 21g (fill) needle
glass mason jar
Baby infant syringe 5ml
Isolropyl 90% alcohol
10g test c raws
5 sealed sterile vials 10ml
Lighter
50m BA
10ml BA
Liter bottle of GSO ($7 on Amazon)
Cock gun


Didn't need a scale but I had one
Don't even need the mason jar cuz you can mix right in the syringe

For personal brewing anything else is just a way to spend money for no good reason

Step 1 trust your supplier sent you accurate g of raws and pour into beaker. Rinse mason jar with IPAP and let air dry.

Step 2 Use the oral syringe to draw and shoot the BB and BA into the beaker. Mix around by swishing the jar and use lighter to heat the jar to help

Step 3 backfill 60ml syringe with carrier oil. Pour in mixed powder and solvent. Close up syringe and leave air pocket and shake the shit out of it. Run under hot water to lower viscosity for filtering.

Step 4 attach filter and needle, vent needle in vial. Use hands to push first one and half vials because it's too big for cock gun. After use cock gun to thrust oil into vial with slow dip drop drop.

I messed up the rinsing jar and misnomer with beaker and mason jar but I think you get it

I was using cheap syringe wheel filters but blowing them out with barely any pressure. Invest in the good brand name ones. Watch out for PES membranes, which degrade rapidly under benzyl benzoate exposure. Too bad because they have a great flow rate.

For mixing I use a hot plate/magnetic stirrer, place the raws in a smaller beaker with a stir bar into a larger beaker that has some water inside.

Any particular brand of syringe filters? Read that whatman brand was preferred. Any other brands to use. Definitely wouldn't want them busting during the process

Whatmans all the way. I've also had success with Nalgene nylon filters but doesn't flow as smoothly as whatmans. Heard bad things about Millipore, as it's meant for aqueous solutions and not oil.
