Lab on Purple Top

Yea so checked my serum yet that on QSC 36iu (40iu by jano) 10iu 3 hours prior to blood draw IM result was 15.90 can post the photo later my question is that being much lower than my previous tests you see here what would be the best course to recheck (doing yet next day choosing different laboratory to make comparison)

Lab work on Golden Top #106 (5.56 mg or 16.68 IU each vial) ~12 IU IM 2:45 hours after injection and 5.56 IU daily a month in.
Readings are considerably lower than what I got on Mauve and Black top on approximately equal amounts however my results are pretty awesome things to consider before I potentially rerun my lab work:

Injection done in chest with 29g 1/2 inch insulin needle instead of the shoulder with 25g 1inch regular needle which I think I used on my previous runs.
Lab work done comepletely fasted instead of with a meal which I am uncertain whether I did previously...

Naturally I had 0.14. 1 week in at 4 IU/day and 12 IU entire vial batch #51 injected 2 hours prior to blood draw

Black top batch #41 12 IU injected IM and blood drawn 2:45H after injection. I chose 12 IU because I already ran Mauve at 12 IU and wanted an equal amount in my blood work also IGF-1 will be made in approximately 14 days and I will update

Probably will yet draw blood on 2 hours mark like when my highest number chance happened to see change
