well at first i thought it was your name and address, and rushed to make a post in time for you to edit it, then i noticed it was the ordering physicians name and addy, and i edited my post.

but now, for someone googling his name, this is probably going to come up somewhere, and could potentially end up costing him jobs and the like because it makes him look like he cooperates with people on steroids, which isnt everybody's favourite thing.
also, its common courtesy to leave names out on the internet. especially people that arent around to defend themselves.

Your total disregard for guarding peoples personal information is very troubling. If this Doctor knew your intent is there a possibility he could face disciplinary action? At the very least he probably doesn't want his name mentioned on this board in this context.

You are a security issue IMHO, anyone that sends anything to you does so with the risk of having confidential information thrown around in a careless manner.

You obviously didn't learn a thing after you put up a list from a private source.
