Well in my prime and still natural i dieted on 2800 calories a day. And would train and walk 45 minutes a day and lose 1-1.5 pounds a week. Maintenance while seeing abs was 4000. And growing was usually 5000+ Once i started gear i could easily eat more. Now that i am an old man maintenance is about 3000 and i cut down to 2400 and walk a little more but losing a couple pounds a month is good for me as i have not competed in a long time. Sounds familiar, definitely did the same thing back in the day. So for now I am doing the 1200 calorie diet and training moderately hard. I don’t go to hard on the bike or in the gym. I train but not like back in the day. I am, honestly, impressed with how well it has been working for weight loss and recomposition. My concern is my lipids and getting my LDL down. The diet is definitely affecting my lipids and of course the AAS is not helping. So i am taking 5mg of Crestor every other day. On another note. Do you remember a source named Dude2003? If you are training and riding your bike as you say you have to be pretty small to eat 1200 and not loosing a lot. maybe the last very few weeks before a show after the metabolism staled would need 1200. But that is just my experience after 40+ years lifting weights and BBing. Ideal depends on size, activity etc. But your mileage may vary. I ate 300-350 grams of protein per pound year round for 30 years. So that is 1200+ right there.Ate 1.5 grams per pound on the average.Now i only eat 200 grams but maintenance is easier then growing of dieting. Fats generally in the 25% range maybe 15% dieting and the rest carbs.Back in the day. Now i watch things but don't weigh things out year round like i did for decades.
I watch my BP closely. It’s averaging 126/77. Before the AAS it was higher but so was my weight, I was 275 and 5’9’. The cardio helps a lot. I don’t plan to be at 1200 calories for too long. I am not competing anytime soon. The AAS is to help keep some muscle. I am taking 5mg creator EOD.Most men i think would consider 1,200 cal a starvation diet that's about the lowest I've ever heard of a male taking cals for any bb purposes minus a 72 hr fast.

That's the easiest for me just to starve the shit out of my self I know how to suffer but I just loose too much muscles to cut like that I feel.
What's ur bp with these cholesterol levels before and after if u dont mind me asking.

Unfortunately, my latest blood test did not have LH and FSH. My Testosterone was at 80 when i started HRT, so yea he prescribed everything except i added 2iu of hgh and the primo.Interesting, does your doc also prescribe the other stuff or know about it?

I weigh myself every morning on a scale that does body fat. It uses electric pulse too. Probably not accurate. I seem to be holding on to muscle pretty well. I have probably lost a pound of muscle during this ultra lean diet. I weighed 216.2 this morning.How often do you go and get your body fat measured ? As you are recomping how much muscle have to gained?
