Has anyone seen a Lab that has a reference range for Total T in the range of around 250 to 1500+ ng/dL? I have been searching for some time for one that would show an upper level anywhere near that range and have found nothing.
You need to understand that a level of 827 at a lab that has a reference range of 241-827 is exactly the same actual serum concentration of testosterone as 1550 is at a lab whose reference range is 400-1550. IOW, the same TRT dose will take you to the respective upper limits at both labs. you are not "being allowed" more testosterone through testing at lab with a higher upper limit of physiological range.
