Labs frequency - HCG T Cyp dose change

If a person changes the dosage of T Cyp or HCG that they are taking, how soon after the change in dosage should one do labs in order to see the results of the change in dosage?

Thanks. Would the 5 weeks apply to a change in HCG as well? What about when changing an arimidex dosage?

I'd go three weeks for Arimidex. HCG is virtually instantaneous.
