Labwork inside - looking for help with what's wrong, please

I'm having it tested tomorrow. If you don't have anything else to add, please don't turn my thread into a response battle and let someone else chime in.

Any thoughts on my original post?

My thoughts are don't *force* it to be a low TT problem. Listen to what your physicians say and remain open to the possibility that your issues could be due to other causes such as depression or anxiety.

There have been many men with normal labs that have come to Meso complaining of non specific symptoms, hoping TRT will be the answer. It usually isn't.

Best of luck.

Thanks. Your impression is that all my labs are normal, then?

I can assuredly say that depression is not int he cards here. Aside from ED, depression is one of the few listed symptoms for Low T or a thyroid issue that I don't have.

I thought in my original post I had been very specific about my symptoms, but if I wasn't let me reiterate in case it was missed: negative libido, muscle loss, lack of strength gains, fat distribution, lack of spontaneous and morning erections, less growth of body hair, fatigue, night sweats.

Thanks again, as I said I'm bringing this up at my GP's office on Friday when I go in to review my bloodwork. I was just looking for opinions on my labs and possible causes. The other guy seems to think it's a thyroid issue, and I haven't seen many other opinions here yet.

^ Your thyroid function is your issue . Take iodine supplements . Don't do anymore test

Your shgb is obviously low . Lab Test isn't needed .

They don't need to know about me , lol you think I'm gonna sit here and private chat with men that have kids around my age . Nope it's like talking to my teacher .

These fools don't understand that your low shgb is either caused by high insulin or hypothyroid . Looking at your labs your thyroid doesn't look good and also you had a drastic fat gain .

I'm providing you with better info than these guys .

It's clear your don't know what's wrong with him , so you trying to make me sound like an idiot , because of your lack of knowledge .

Read your posts again and then see if you still think it's me that is making you look like an idiot.

Censensored board go educate yourself old man .

YOU were specific - your symptoms are not. That's why I think you are going to need to see a good physician in person where they can do a physical exam and order tests, etc.

^ like I said low . Not really that low though .
Show your labs to your doctor and tell him your symptom. Keep us updated .

Just hope your doctor isn't an asshole who just says it's in your head. Some will do that

Just an update. Dr's office doesn't feel the thyroid is anywhere in a range for treatment but said something to keep an eye on (my mother has hypothyroid).

They did offer to treat the low T directly at this point, but I declined at this point in lieu of a referral to an endo to ask more about/rule out the thyroid.

They did offer to refer my to 4 different endos in sequence if any decline to at least see me after reviewing labs.

Depending on the outcome of that either we'll treat the thyroid/T with the endo, or it'll be back to the GP to look at the T again.

I don't think you should get on testosterone replacement . With your LH and fsh levels you seem secondary . I'd rule out thyroid , prolactin and insulin first .

Get your thyroid antibodies, Reverse T3, salivary cortisol checked.

Having bowel problems at all?

I'm expecting the endo to look at that. I've reached the point where I don't want to keep paying for bloodwork on my own when I can just wait and have the doctors order it now that I spoke to the GP and got a referral, so we'll see what happens when I see the endo.

No.
