Hi, been on Trt nearly 3 years now. Sustanon 100-125mg per week. Test levels usually in the 750 - 1000 range. Latest bloods show elevated RBC etc:
Haeomoglobin 173g/l Range 130-170g/l
Haematocrit 0.54l/l Range 0.4-.5l/l
RBC 5.69 10*12/l
Range 4.5-5.510*12/l
Liver Serum albumin is right on the top end at 50gl Range 35-50gl
This is UK blood work so some of the units used may be different - but you get the general picture.
Also my serum Oestradiol is always below the lowest range limit - sometimes almost zero. Is that normal? Never noticed it before & the Doc hasn't said anything but he's a family Doc & not wise to all things Trt.
I realise these aren't catastrophic numbers but do want to make changes if things are going in the wrong direction. Any advice would be much appreciated.

Doesn't take much to get you thick over a period of time. Donating is good for the old blood regardless.

Last time I donated it was a mobile unit needing emergency blood supplies - I ended up passing out afterwards & ended up head on the sidewalk!
Hopefully better luck next time...

Drink water
Yea, they got a litre out of me you think they could spare some water...
Back in the day in Ireland the bloodbank in Dublin used to offer a pint of Guinness per pint of blood. Some guys used to come back out & get back in the queue for seconds - my Dad included.

Oh, I got about 3 hours sleep last night so - that's my excuse! I normally drink A LOT if water, but on the day of the blood test I was running round London, hot day - guess its possible I was dehydrated..
Thx mate

Drink more water, aspirin can help thin blood a little. Do u monitor ur blood pressure...usually will become elevated due to thicker blood. At the very least definitely want to increase fluid intake.

Thanks mate. Just had blood pressure checked today at pharmacy - no issues, but I should get a meter to test regularly. Doc reckoned dehydration - but she hasn't much clue re Trt/AAS. Always had good heart readings/low pulse so don't want to mess up now late in the game! Will do re aspirin
