LC/MS estradiol in Europe

I haven't been able to find a lab in EU/UK that does senstive e2 testing
, I saw some posts online where people say that its not a thing in europe yet, so im asking here to make sure
the regular e2 test is really inaccurate and probably not even worth doing.
