Lean bulk, first run with eq

I know eq is supposedly needed in higher doses and for longer periods of time, but for the sake of my first run of it I was thinking to run more conservatively as below. I'm trying to avoid the anxiety side effects as I am predisposed to them. I am 6'2'' 195lbs shredded veiny 8% bodyfat. Goals would be to add mass but maintain the same level of lean definition

What could I expect from this dose of eq?

My proposed cycle would be:
adex 1mg eod (exemestane and nolva on hand in case of gyno)
Dbol 10/15/20/25/30
weeks 1-12 500mg sust (250 monday, thursday)
weeks 1-10 300mg eq
weeks 12-13 oral winstrol 50mg ed

I will say not much. You definitely need to run it longer and a higher mg per week as well. @ironwill1951 probably knows more than anyone on this board when it comes to EQ. He literally runs it in every cycle. He has been doing this probably for some 30 plus years. I am fairly confident that he will tell you to run it longer for sure.
 
Would definitely run it at 600mg for a minimum. Strongest I ever was was with a 500mg test 600mg EQ cycle.
But I was also shoveling food down constantly. EQ makes my stomach a bottomless pit.
 
I'm on week 11 running 1000mg of EQ a week. No anxiety what so ever.
Nine more weeks to go. I have not noticed any mass gains or have I had an increased appetite from EQ. So far for me it's been lean gains, endurance and vascularity. I added mass early on with superdrol.
 
16-20 weeks works well for me.
I have ran it everywhere between 400 mg wk to 1000 mg a week .
Anything over 600 mg gave me no more gains it's not the amount with eq it's the
Length of the cycle.
