Leftovers test e in ampules

I am getting prescribed testoviron in a couple of weeks which comes in 1ml ampules of 250mg test e for trt. Vials are not an option.
My plan is to dose 0.25 ml twice a week with subq.
Once the ampule is opened, how can I storage the remaining contents?
Can I prefill 4 x insulin syringes and store the testosterone in those?

A lot of YouTube videos on this. Prefilling syringes runs the risk of the rubber plunger breaking down and floating into your oil. Best practice is to transfer/inject remainder into a 10mL vial. Example:

i give you a little advice, prefill with 18g an than injection with 25 or like this, pay attention to the needles

Dump 10 in a presterilized 10ml vial

You can prefill if you plan to use it within a week or two. Otherwise, I agree with others on putting remainder in a 10ml vial. Multiple pin places have sterile vials for sale. I've gotten them from GPZ in the past.

Easier than I thought, straight from the pharmacy, comes in 1 ml ampules with a syringe attached.

Don't frontload syringes, as has been addressed. You'd be much better off just keeping the remainder in that beautifully-designed ampoule, detached from the point, and stored in the same manner as the rest of the package. Basically, just put it right back as shown here.

This Jenapharm design really should be the standard.
