Leg day every day.

Cat shirt:D

And those, lol.

I agree man. I would say 60% of the dudes at my gym don't work out legs at all. The ones that are only do leg presses. Some go heavy most don't. I can still squat but I only go lite with higher reps. It's more of a cardio thing for me. I talked about this before with a few of the other vets here. I have fractured my back and have blown out knee that was never repaired. I have to utilize others leg exercises and do legs 3 X week and have definitely made progress. When I do Leg press I'm hitting 5 X12 1000lb three times a week.

I hear you. I talk shit, but I know there's other ways to leg development. With other stuff thrown in I'm sure you can still hit everything. I've never hit more than like 800x3 on leg press. Haven't tried it in years, so not sure if squats have much carryover to it.

I've pressed 1000 can't squat what you can:p

Eat some senzu beans and quit your bitchin!

Just playin. Get better man. You can make up for all my lack of leg work.
I skipped legs for quite a while when I couldn't find a pair of fuckin board shorts to fit in. I own 1 pair of pants and they are a size 38 and those mother fuckers are STILL skin tight on my thighs. I have a 32" waist but don't even need a belt... Those pants look like I painted them on and aren't going anywhere!

cross arm front squat
This hit so close to my heart its not even funny.
Fuck man didn't even think about front squats! looks like I'll be trying front squats this week. Thanks man.
Front squats are a LEG DOMINANT lift and a good one at that. Wanna see what sorta power you really got? Front squat, all the way down and come back up. Cross arm it like i do. Shouldnt hurt your injured arm that way. Front squats are also going to strengthen and build the entire upper back including the erectors. That is a big part of front squatting. Unlike the back squat where you have natural stability of the bar on your back and a much more advantageous distribution of the working load. Front squats will also strengthen your abdominal wall nicely as well. You need it to not be pulled over by the weight.

Also if your going to do legs EVERYDAY your going to need a new plan to divide all the lower body quadrants up. Its absolutely possible to hit legs EVERYDAY and never overdue it. The legs muscles are the biggest in the body. Capable of the most payload and endurance capacity. Its not even close.

Think of it now as quads, hams/calves, glutes and hips. Divide the workload. You could take a front squat day(quads) as your A DAY. The day where you load up and hit it with the highest intensity(preferably the first day of planned workout week). Next day move down to a C DAY. C exercises could be anything for glutes(glute day) like smith machine lunges(my favorite), kickbacks, curls of standing or laying variety or leg curls on a leg extension machine(those are different :) ). And go higher reps and leave some in the tank due to heavy front squats the day before. Then either take a day off or go directly in to another day where you have B DAY or a D DAY. B day would be maybe hams/calves and D day would be just hips.

Could do calves EOD and work up to ED. Your going to have to adjust intensity cuz obviously you cant go ham everyday and make this approach effective. Give it a shot and put your soul in to it. Might be suprised and you may LIKE it! We can make this work and i can help if you need it. You know where to find me.

Glutes and quads could probably use the most. Got them former fat boy calves ;)
